Step 1 : Unscrew the stainless gold collar on the top of the bottle.
Step 2 : Carefully remove the plastic seal and replace the stainless gold collar.
Step 3 : Immerse 3-4 of the Reed sticks into the bottle.
Step 4 : Flip the sticks over every 2-3 days to refresh the fragrance and help the solution evaporate evenly.
Fragrance can be intensified by adding more sticks if required. The solution will evaporate over time but, can last for up to 6-8 weeks depending on environmental conditions.

All orders are processed within 24 hours and we deliver everywhere in Pakistan. We make every effort to deliver all products within 2 to 5 working days. However, this timescale is only an estimate. Due to unforeseen circumstances, a guarantee of delivery in this timeframe cannot be made. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. Ownership of the products will transfer to you once we have received the order payment.
Returns and Exchanges

However, if the product is delivered damaged or not functioning as described, you will be requested to email email@example.com describing the problem along with the necessary images and you will be asked to return the product to the company. Once we have assessed the problem, we will process your replacement and dispatch it to the address provided. No shipping charges are applied to the replacement provided.
