1. Burn candle on a stable, level, heat & fire resistant surface.

2.Use a candle snuffer to avoid dangers associated with blowing out hot wax and sooting.

3. Wax has a memory. Burn your candle for atleast one hour the first time to create an even melt pool and avoid tunneling.

4. Do not burn the candle for more than max 4 hours at a time to avoid over heating and large flames.

5. Trim wick to 1/4"before lighting

6. Never leave burning candle unattended & keep out of reach of children and pets

7. Keep away from drafts and vibrations.

8. Keep your candles free of debris, dust and other foreign elements to enjoy a clean burn every time.

Shipping and Delivery:
All orders are processed within 24 hours and we deliver everywhere in Pakistan. We make every effort to deliver all products within 2 to 5 working days. However, this timescale is only an estimate. Due to unforeseen circumstances, a guarantee of delivery in this timeframe cannot be made. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. Ownership of the products will transfer to you once we have received the order payment.

Returns and Exchanges:
We strive to deliver quality products to our customers. However, if the product is delivered damaged or not functioning as described, you will be requested to email info@honeyimhomecandles.com describing the problem along with the necessary images and you will be asked to return the product to the company. Once we have assessed the problem, we will process your replacement and dispatch it to the address provided. No shipping charges are applied to the replacement provided.
