We accept all types of payment methods to facilitate our customers including Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Card Payments (Visa and Mastercard), EasyPaisa, and Direct Bank Transfers. For COD orders the total price for your order, including delivery charges, will be due upon delivery. We will, however, notify you if any of the products ordered are not available for any reason after you have placed your order and we will not charge you for such products.
Shipping and Delivery:
All orders are processed within 24 hours and we deliver everywhere in Pakistan. We make every effort to deliver all products within 2 to 5 working days. However, this timescale is only an estimate. Due to unforeseen circumstances, a guarantee of delivery in this timeframe cannot be made. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. Ownership of the products will transfer to you once we have received the order payment.
Returns and Exchanges:
We strive to deliver quality products to our customers. However, if the candle is delivered damaged or not functioning as described, you will be requested to email firstname.lastname@example.org describing the problem along with the necessary images and you will be asked to return the candle(s) to the company. Once we have assessed the problem, we will process your replacement and dispatch it to the address provided. No shipping charges are applied to the replacement provided.
The company currently does not have a refund policy.
Any order may be cancelled via email to email@example.com within 24 hours of being placed. If your order has been processed and the products already shipped, as evidenced by the email confirmation sent to you, then the option of cancellation will not be available. Honey I’m Home Candles has the right to cancel any order for any reason including, but not limited to, the products ordered being unavailable.
